CONNECTING A SCREEN TO WI-WFI IF STUCK ON "OVERVIEW" PAGE

Is the “Return to Golf” button grayed out? Follow these steps to update the unit:

  1. Click on the three parallel bars in the top left of screen.

  2. Swipe UP from the options that appear as the option you need, “Tools” is at the end of the list…and the list is too long for the screen to display all of them.

  3. Click on “Tools”.

  4. Click on “Toggle Nav” on the top right of the next screen.

  5. The screen won’t look like it changed but a little circle will appear on the bottom of the page.

  6. Click on the circle.

  7. You’ll see a black screen with two icons on it.  Single tap all four corners of the screen, one at a time and quickly/firmly.  We suggest starting top left and go counter-clockwise.

  8. A V2 Launcher page will appear.  Click on “Show Desktop” on the bottom right.

  9. A big hand with a finger pointing to an “OK” button may appear and if so…hit “OK”.  If not, go to the next step.

  10. Click on the circle that contains six dots inside which will be on the right side of the screen.

  11. A big hand with a finger pointing to an “OK” button may appear and if so…hit “OK”.  If not, go to the next step.

  12. Find and select “Settings” from the icons showing.  Typically, it’s in the bottom row.

  13. On the left you’ll see “Wi-Fi.”  It likely says “Disconnected”.  Click on “Wi-Fi” and select your network and enter the password.  Wait for it to say “Connected”.  It might say “Saved” and “Authenticating”. That’s not the end result you want.  It has to (eventually) say “Connected.”

  14. Once connected, click on the little circle on the bottom of the page.

  15. Click on the “Return to Golf” icon.

  16. You’ll likely get brought back to “Tools”.  Click on the three little lines in the top right and then swipe DOWN.  Select “Return to Golf” which should be the top option.  If it is grayed out it’s because the course info is still loading.  Don’t do anything. Wait for the screen to restart (maybe several times) and eventually bring you back to either the Dashboard view (MPH) or the Golf Settings view (multiple icons such as Scorecard, Choose a hole, etc.)
